SVZ, a member of SAI Platform, the global food and drink industry initiative for sustainable agriculture, is joining forces with a group of leading food and drink companies, retailers and WWF to improve water governance in the Huelva area in Spain. This region is not only one of the most important strawberry production areas in Europe, but also close to one of the world\u2019s most valued wetlands and UNESCO World Heritage Site- Do\u00f1ana.\u00a0 Already since several years, SVZ has been supporting a sustainable water management initiative, trialing efficient irrigation techniques at strawberry farms in Do\u00f1ana.<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
